I have been feeling the baby move for about four weeks, and it’s finally big enough now that you can actually feel it move from the outside! There are usually a few times a day when he or she is very active, and appears to be doing a daily calisthenics routine.
Bee got to feel the baby move for the first time last night. His response? That it’s kind of creepy and weird that there’s something moving inside me. Think Alien. He was intrigued enough to patiently wait for the baby to move again a few minutes later, though.
That’s exciting. And I’d agree with B – I always felt a little weirded out when I really thought about a PERSON being inside me moving around. It is just much easier to not think about it and just enjoy the miracle of the whole thing.

I can’t wait to see you! And maybe feel the baby if it doesn’t freak you out. It’s such a miracle! Makes you bond with the little one before it comes. God knew what he was doing when He made us wait so long for the baby.
